Aromatherapy Course Description

Have you always wanted to learn the secrets of how to blend your own Aromatherapy oils?

This is a 3-part self-paced course, beginner, intermediate, and the final unit takes you into the advanced and final course.

You'll gain knowledge to start making simple blends and the courage to experiment with creating your own unique blends. You'll learn about the plants and the history; and what exactly are these things called essential oils and carrier oils; you'll learn how to dilute and blend; and where to buy the oils and supplies; and you'll learn the correct way to measure and blend. Aromatherapy subscribes to a holistic approach to wellness, and that includes focusing on the human body as a whole, rather than as parts to be farmed out to specialists.

In this aromatherapy course, you will learn more about the use of essential oils, and how they are extracted, and administered, and what makes them appropriate for use in certain situations.  You will learn the chemistry of essential oils, how they are to be properly blended and administered, understand the methods of production and the various products that are produced, know the difference between food grade and industrial grade essential oil, and learn the key therapeutic and energetic properties of a number of essential oils. You will learn all about the top notes, middle notes and base notes, of essential oils and how you can create your own unique essential blends.

By the end of this course you will be creating and blending your own unique essential oil blends for formulas in soaps, massage oils, healing salves and balms, baby lotions, diaper rash creams, baby powders, baby bubble bath and hand creams etc.

You will learn how the oils were discovered and developed, where to obtain essential oils, and how to blend and store oils. The course will also cover how to use the oils in complexion and skin products, compresses, massage therapy, how to fragrance a home and so much more. If you've always had a desire to create healthy, natural alternatives to all those chemically-laden, commercial beauty products, then please join us today!

Plus, you'll be given over 150 recipes for creating cleaning supplies, baby salves, balms, powders, massage oils, adult salves, balms, and recipes for your pets, along with your very own Essential Oil record keeping book, to record all of your own unique blends.
